What started as a response to industry-wide restructuring has grown into a dynamic slack community of 700+ top executives and creative leaders, from the biggest companies in music, tech, and entertainment.
Our goal is to highlight, showcase and uplift our community members through content, career opportunities, start-up acceleration, and basic human connection. We are a center of excellence that empower members to be the change they wish to see.

In a field where so much of our identity is tied to our title, suddenly finding yourself without a job in the music industry can feel incredibly isolating. Joining LWC has been a powerful reminder that we are so much more than our résumés. This community has reenergized my sense of purpose as an industry professional and helped normalize the complex emotions that come with a period of transition. More than anything, it’s provided a supportive space to connect with others. LWC is composed of thoughtful, driven individuals committed to strengthening our industry through connection and care. Lone Wolves was a friendly landing place after a re-org at my tech job. It was full of familiar faces in the music biz and I have also made some new friends thanks to the community.
